Introduction
Every ride is insured. Here's how you can claim your insurance.
Filing a claim in case of an accident or medical emergency is simple and quick. Please follow the steps below to initiate your insurance claim.
1) Through the Pilot Mobility App
Complete the following steps in the Pilot Mobility App:
- Open the Pilot Mobility App and go to My Rides.
- Select the ride for which you want to raise an insurance claim.
- Open the Ride Details page and tap on Claim Insurance.
- Choose the type of claim (Accident / Medical / OPD).
- Fill in the required details and upload supporting documents.
- Submit the request — your claim will be registered and processed by our insurance partner.
2) Through Insurance Partner Website
Alternatively, you can file a claim via the insurance partner's portal:
- Visit the insurance partner's official website.
- Login using your registered mobile number and OTP.
- Go to the Claims section and select Pilot Mobility Passenger Claims.
- Choose the relevant ride and click on Initiate Claim.
- Select claim type, upload documents, and submit the form.
Required Documents
Keep the following ready when filing a claim:
- Ride details / Ride ID
- Valid ID proof
- Medical reports or hospital bills (if applicable)
- Accident details (if applicable)
