1) About Pilot

Pilot is a technology-enabled driving education and license assistance platform designed to provide structured, safe, and convenient car driving training along with end-to-end support for the driving license process.

Through our mobile applications, learners can book professional driving instructors, purchase driving and license assistance packages, schedule sessions, access mock tests for license exams, track progress, and complete their learning journey seamlessly.

Pilot also assists learners by coordinating RTO visits and supporting them throughout the applicable legal processes.

Pilot operates two applications:

Pilot Instructor App – for verified instructors to manage classes, learner sessions, earnings, and withdrawals.

2) Nature of Services

Pilot is a managed service platform that offers organized driving training and comprehensive license assistance services. We are not a listing-only marketplace.

The platform manages instructor onboarding and verification, driving training services, license assistance services including mock tests and RTO coordination, package pricing and service offerings, booking and scheduling, session verification and completion tracking, payments, commissions, and payouts, safety measures and insurance coverage, and customer support.

  • The commission covers platform operations, technology infrastructure, customer support, safety measures, insurance, mock test infrastructure, and RTO coordination services.

5) Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed using Razorpay, a trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

  • Payment flow:
  • Learner selects a training package in the app.
  • Learner is redirected to the Razorpay payment gateway.
  • Payment is completed using UPI, cards, net banking, or other supported methods.
  • The full amount is collected by Pilot.
  • Learners do not make any direct payments to instructors or RTO officials.
